2. Information we collect

When you make a booking request through the booking form on our website, we collect the details you enter, which may include: name, phone number, WhatsApp, LINE name, Facebook name, email address, travel date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, flight number and arrival or departure time, number of passengers and luggage, vehicle choice, and any notes you add.

When you visit our website, our analytics and advertising tools may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location based on IP address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Only if you accept cookies (see section 5).

3. Why we use your information

To review, confirm and carry out your transfer booking, including assigning a driver and contacting you about pickup details.
To respond to your questions and quotes sent via phone, WhatsApp, LINE, Facebook or the website.
To understand how the website is used and improve it.
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, but only if you accept advertising cookies.

4. Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

Our staff and drivers, limited to the details needed for your transfer (name, contact number, pickup and drop-off, time and flight information).
Our internal booking system, which stores booking requests so our team can approve and manage them.
Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which processes website data as described in section 5.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies from Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand traffic and measure advertising. When you first visit the site, you can choose Accept or Decline. Your choice is saved in your browser. If you decline, these tools collect only limited, non-identifying information. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser settings, which will show the choice banner again.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep booking information for as long as needed to manage the booking, handle any follow-up or complaint, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of the relevant Google service.

7. Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent you have given (for example, your cookie choice). To make a request, contact us by phone, WhatsApp, LINE or Facebook using the details in section 1. We will respond within a reasonable time as required by law.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including limiting access to booking data to staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please share only the details needed for your booking.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
